Our coatings are marketed under the brand name of EXCEL CoolCoat which comes with a 3 year warranty. Our Infrastructure

We have a fully functional infrastructure that comprises of a technically advanced manufacturing unit spread across an area of 4500 square feet and having an installation capacity of 250 units. Our efficiency and credibility is increased through our technical up gradation which magnifies our monthly production capacity to 25 tons that leads to an annual turnover of INR 30 lacs. We have different departments such as purchase, production, marketing, design and research and development unit for synchronized functioning of the organization.

Along with the manufacturing unit, we also have a fully furnished warehousing and packaging facility. Our capacious warehouse can stack large quantities of our consignments in different orderly sections. The temperatures is maintained and controlled to keep the coatings in the paint as well as powder form in their original form till they reach our clients. The consignments are suitably packed in 50 kg poly which is exclusively done manually for eliminating any error. The packed products are transited to the customers through our C&F agents. We have maintained strategic contacts with leading C&F agents having a fleet of delivery vehicles.

How Does it Work ?

The tiny ceramic micro spheres present in the EXCEL Coatings paints, when dried, form a fine layer on the surface to which they are applied. A radiant barrier is produced in the ceramic beads which reflect the heat back to the atmosphere. The radiant barriers increase the R value of existing insulation by 50% approximately.

We offer Ceramic EXCEL Coating's paint which is a strong, tough coating and is formulated with hollow-core ceramic micro spheres, strands and irregular particulate in a complex 100% acrylic suspension with superior adhesion and abrasion resistance. This provides significant resistance to cracking, chalking, peeling and weathering. It also exhibits exceptional adhesive and thermal properties. Our Ceramic EXCEL Coating paint is intended to be a top coat providing with an extension to the existing roofing system and not a standalone roofing material.

Our Ceramic EXCEL Coating paint is ideal for application on asbestos sheets, galvanized steel, enameled steel, aluminum roofing, cement tiles, clay tiles, RCC roofs, Polycarbonate sheets and asphalt shingles. White is recommended for peak thermal benefits as it lends itself well to faux-finish techniques.
